Charming church in Normandy

#westerneurope #normandy #europe #france Church of Saint Valentin is a beautiful building in charming village of Jumieges - right next to the famous Abbey of Jumieges. Of course, this church is much smaller yet it is absolutely beautiful and interior is quite interesting with some wooden details that I haven’t seen in any other churches in the surroundings. The church is located on the cemetery, which is also very interesting because some gravestones date back to early 18th century. The place is tranquil and calm, perfect spot to stop by and contemplate for a few minutes. I absolutely recommend to drop by after visiting the Abbey cause this is another must see while you are in the area.
