Chic, Cosmopolitan and Perfect Location

All I have to say is “hands down” This was the cleanest and most convenient place I have ever been. I was hesitant when booking my nonrefundable payment BUT I’m sooooo thankful I did. Full service restaurant at the hotel. Security features 24/hrs.—-we stayed out late everyday till 2am. Room key required to access the rooms, Nice breakfast options if you on the go. I had a croissant every morning and then walked across the street to Starbucks. This boutique style hotel feels like an all- inclusive resort. Everything you need is in walking distance— you don’t need a car at this location, and Uber is accessible in less than 5 minutes. We didn’t book an Uber until we were outside- that’s how convenient it is. The Guatrain is in walking distance if you want to go somewhere else —- it’s so clean! No strange folks hanging around. We took the Guatrain to the airport just for the experience—-reserve about an hour because the trains are like every 20m. The outside of the hotel is like a foodie and restaurant district and it also has a HUGE shopping mall that we didn’t really get a chance to explore because we didn’t realize it was multi-layered. I did make it to a store to get some allergy meds. Their shopping malls have grocery stores, pharmacies, barber shops, —- just to name some things that aren’t generally in the malls in Atlanta— you have to go to separate locations for those. This is a great location to everything. Nelson Mandela square, Signature’s restaurant, Melrose Arch—all are 15m Uber ride from location. The rooms are so clean and they came every morning to clean—-unlike our hotels in US. I went with my son, and I specifically like the set up of this room option because there are 2 sleeping areas divided by a wall, which allows some privacy. The addition sleeping area is like a larger version of a futon bed. House keeping was sent to our room upon arrival to set up his bedding, which was about 7pm. I think the customer service was just so impeccable that it just really caught me off guard and that combined with the nice facility and GREAT location! They have the night life right outside the hotel if you want to get a drink and listen to music. There were several options. I highly recommend this location and let me know if you had the experience as I if you book. This was the other option after some other locations booked up.. but I’m glad that happened bc I don’t think those larger hotels could have had the service and cleanliness of this one. The shower heads were so awesome, when I got back home I thought something was wrong with mine. lol.. Book this location! You won’t regret! I’m the one who travels with Lysol and sprays and bring my owns sheets… So I’m going to say the ONLY suggestion. The ONLY thing I did miss…. Which most people would say is trivial…. A mini fridge and microwave. I only have to say this, because you can’t bring any food back to the room that needs to be refrigerated.
