[Xishuangbanna 3-Day, 2-Night Itinerary]

Tropical rainforests, Dai customs, and night market delicacies all in one trip! 📍 Day 1: Wild Elephant Valley + Dai Village Head straight to Wild Elephant Valley in the morning to observe Asian elephants up close and experience rainforest trekking! In the afternoon, go to Dai Village to experience the original Dai villages and participate in the Water Splashing Festival (remember to bring a change of clothes!). In the evening, check in to Gasa, visit the Starlight Night Market, and enjoy Dai-style barbecue, pounded chicken feet, pineapple rice, and many other special snacks! 📍 Day 2: Chinese Academy of Sciences Tropical Botanical Garden + Manting Park The Chinese Academy of Sciences Botanical Garden is a photography paradise! Victoria amazonica, tropical flowers, and exotic trees make for great photos! In the afternoon, go to Manting Park, the former royal garden of the Dai King. The golden pagoda and white temple are full of exotic customs. In the evening, you can also watch the Mekong River Night Show~ 📍 Day 3: Primitive Forest Park + Mengle Temple Visit Primitive Forest Park to see peacocks being released and experience the jungle zipline! Finally, go to Mengle Temple, the highest-level Buddhist holy site in Xishuangbanna, which is quiet and sacred. ✨Tips: ✔️ Wear light clothing, and bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent! ✔️ Rent Dai costumes in Gasa for photos.
