The team at Hotel Keyforest were incredible for our entire stay. They helped me organize a marriage proposal and the whole moment went perfectly. It's stressful organizing a proposal on a trip to a foreign country and I couldn't have done it without Takaki, Mariko and the rest of the team. In the end I think they were more invested and nervous about the proposal going well than I was lol! Their professionalism, hospitality and attention to detail created a trip we will never forget.
