Atami Fireworks Festival in Japan, full of romance! 🎆🇯🇵

I finally checked in to Japan 🇯🇵 that I've been longing for! This time I went to the fireworks festival in Atami. The super beautiful fireworks 🎆 filled the sky by the sea. There is no more romantic moment than this. We had originally been planning on travelling on our own, but my bestie and I are both lazy, so after looking at the transportation options we gave up. Also, there are so many attractions in Japan, and taxis are too expensive, so after discussing with my bestie we decided to join a tour group, haha. This tour was one that a friend of hers had signed up for when she went to Japan last year. It was a small group of 10 people with a chartered car and a driver, so she felt more at ease. It cost 15,000 for 7 days, and with few people and purely for fun, it was very cost-effective. After playing the whole game, the biggest feeling I had was that I was so lucky! We spent 7 days traveling from Tokyo to Osaka and back. We didn't rush the schedule at all and went to all the places we wanted to go, including Tokyo, the fireworks festival, Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Nara, and Universal Studios. There are 11 people in our group, mostly young people, so the itinerary is easy to discuss with everyone! Our driver-guide was super nice. On the day in Kyoto, we wanted to go to Ninenzaka to take photos early because most of the tourists hadn't arrived yet. We agreed with them to go at 6 o'clock, and they were waiting for us at the hotel entrance at around 5:40. It really made us feel at ease! One day I went to the restroom in Sensoji Temple and left my bag inside. When I remembered and went back to check, it was gone. The driver asked me to calm down first and asked him to help me find a solution. I received a call in the afternoon saying that the cleaning staff had found it. My driver went there alone to get it for me after the trip. I can’t imagine how painful it would be to lose my passport and wallet. For accommodation, we chose a 4-star hotel. Although the rooms are not big, it is okay for sleeping at night. The main thing is that the location is very convenient, and we can go out for shopping and eating without any hassle. After the customization consultant sent us the itinerary, we also searched and found that all the hotels had good reviews, which was great! ~ Some tips: Nara deer are like bandits! The deer kept chasing us, so the driver took us to Kasuga Taisha Shrine at the back. The deer there were very well-behaved and would stick close to you. There were really a lot of people at Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka! If you want to take pictures of the ancient road with few people, you have to go there after 6 o'clock like I did (I heard that the century-old cherry tree there collapsed recently, which is a pity). The fireworks display is so beautiful! ! Wearing kimono-style bathrobes and watching the beach, I was lucky enough to see a young couple proposing, which added to the romantic atmosphere and really impressed me. #Atami #Atami Hotel #Atami Travel
