iOS Traditional Cheesery

The Greek island of Ios has a very small cheese factory better known as a cheesery because of its size. This is a great little trip for an afternoon, from Chora it takes about 20 minutes to drive or if you prefer a good hike you can do it in just under two hours. When you arrive you will be greeted and offered the full tour and tasting which comes with some rosé wine. This is what we opted for, it is a very small tour but also very interesting and for a great price I’d highly recommend.
