Miso-based karashibi ramen. There is a restaurant with a similar concept in Kanda, Tokyo, but this is the original karashibi ramen. You can get extra spiciness and numbness for free. If you don't like spiciness or numbness, I recommend starting with regular. I'm not good with spicy food, but extra spiciness feels just right for me, so I ordered extra spiciness and extra numbness. I think it's a good idea to add garlic. Be prepared to queue a bit on weekends and holidays. I was able to get in relatively early on a weekday evening. It's a little far from the station, so I recommend taking a taxi or driving. #gourmet #ramen
