Extraordinary trip to Eden Island Egypt

A day trip out on the Red Sea took us to the beautiful Eden Island near Hurghada. This is a private island and only accessible through an organised excursion. There beach is clean and there are good facilities including a beach bar with cocktails, mock tails, snacks and fresh fruit (be aware they are expensive compared to other areas in Egypt). The sun huts are free to use but you will need a beach towel. The sea swing gets busy so if you want the typical traveller photo you will need to wait. You could happily spend a whole day relaxing on the beach and reading a book. #100waysoftravel
