The hot spring water is clear and is said to be drinkable and suitable for bathing, indicating high quality. The hotel accommodation is acceptable, but the surrounding commercial areas are vacant, so dining is only available within the hotel. Both dinner and breakfast are served at the hotel restaurant, with average taste. There are 16 forest hot spring pools, which are quite comfortable when there are few people. I prefer to soak in the morning when the hot spring water is freshly filled, clean, and reassuring.
