$The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area. The scenic area is just across the road. After climbing the Great Wall, we even saw a beautiful sunset. $The hotel lobby is a popular photo spot. We were upgraded to a better room type upon check-in. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the garden. There are two outdoor hot springs bubbling with hot air. After climbing the Great Wall during the day, we came back to soak in the hot springs to relax. We were also given a plate of fried chestnuts, which was very satisfying. $The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and quiet. The underfloor heating kept the room warm in winter. We were also given a grilled rainbow trout upon check-in, which tasted very good. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner. The chestnut braised chicken and bok choy tofu in the restaurant are a must-try. The hotel is located in Weidian Village North, Bohai Town, Huairou District.
