The Mount Wawu hiking challenge is here! The Lanxi Cliff Walk awaits! From October 23, the Lanxi Cliff Walk and Halfway Gallery will be open to the public. On one side, the thrilling cliff walk, and on the other, the picturesque scenery. The colorful forest is also at its most beautiful, with nature's most vibrant colors on display! The best part is, you can get free tickets and medals! The hiking challenge is now open, with individual and family challenges (the two-person challenge has ended). The individual challenge has two routes: the Ancient Buddha Ladder and the Lanxi Cliff Walk. Both are challenging routes, 12–13 km long, passing through low, medium, and high mountains, with an elevation gain of about 1,600 m. It takes 3–6 hours to complete, testing your strength and endurance. The first 100 finishers on weekdays and the first 300 on weekends and holidays will receive medals. The family challenge is about 7 km long, taking 2–4 hours. It's a fun family adventure, and you can win prizes by checking in at 3 locations. There is no limit to the number of prizes available each day! Remember to stay safe and follow the rules. The scenic area has strict opening hours, opening at 8 am. The cable cars and sightseeing buses have different closing times, so don't miss them. There are wild animals at night, so don't try to visit after dark. The mountain roads are often wet and slippery due to rain and fog, so bring raincoats, helmets, trekking poles, and other equipment. If you have any medical conditions, please be careful.
