Linfen | See the stunning seven-colored glazed tile pagoda at Guangsheng Temple

Linfen, which became popular online because of Wukong. Whether it is Xiaoxitian or Guangsheng Temple, it has become the most impressive day of my trip to Shanxi. Guangsheng Temple was built in the first year of Jianhe in the Eastern Han Dynasty (147 AD). It was originally named Julushe Temple, also known as Yuwang Pagoda Courtyard, and was renamed Guangsheng Temple in the Tang Dynasty. Except for the Feihong Pagoda and the Mahavira Hall in the upper temple, which were rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty, the rest are Yuan Dynasty buildings. Guangsheng Temple is divided into two temples, the lower temple is at the foot of the mountain, and the upper temple is at the top of the mountain. Promise me, try to leave more time for Guangsheng Temple, because both the upper and lower temples are worth savoring slowly and carefully. I went to the lower temple first and then the upper temple. I heard many tourists in the upper temple say, "Oh, it's too late to go to the lower temple," which is a pity. So be sure to arrange your time reasonably⌚️. After entering the mountain gate of the upper temple, you will see the most dazzling seven-colored glazed tile pagoda, also known as Feihong Pagoda. It is octagonal in plan, with thirteen stories, and is 47.63 meters high. The pagoda is made of blue bricks, and each story has eaves. The entire pagoda is full of yellow, green, and blue three-colored glazed tile decorations, which are really amazing🥹, breathtakingly beautiful. I walked around the pagoda three times, only to hate that I was not tall enough to see the high places clearly... It was also a pity that it was cloudy that day, and I couldn't take half of its beauty...
