The Blue House is rated as a Grade I historical building, the Yellow House next to it is a Grade III historical building, and the Orange House has no rating. The Blue House has a "Story House" which mainly provides community cultural tours and exhibitions. The Tu Workshop next door is a social enterprise run by St. James' Settlement. Its concept is to promote community economic development and improve the lives of community residents.
