Enjoy elegant and refined Korean cuisine

I usually eat Korean food a lot, but this was my first time having a fine Korean meal in Hong Kong. The setting is elegant and sophisticated, with views of Causeway Bay from the 28th floor. The lunch menu features a special three- or four-course set menu. The appetizer is traditional Korean porridge, made with local Korean vegetable paste, Korean beef, fresh clams, and homemade rice. Cooked for over 15 hours, the porridge is incredibly flavorful. The second course is seafood broth with grilled Busan bream. The presentation is exquisite, with the abalone nestled amidst the bubbles – a truly unique experience. The third course is Australian Wagyu beef. Three cuts of Australian Wagyu beef retain the juicy flavor, and the special sauce has a perfect fat-to-meat ratio, making it melt in your mouth. The other main course is the slow-cooked Jeju Iberico pork belly, made with 36-hour slow-cooked pork, served with perilla leaves and a sauce for a rich, flavorful experience. The fourth course featured white rice from their own farm in Busan, made into a simple rice dish. Paired with 48-hour eel soup and a selection of traditional Korean side dishes, it offered the fragrant and tender rice while allowing visitors to sample various Korean snacks. I particularly enjoyed the raw cuttlefish, and the large, sweet black beans were also delicious. The meal concluded with a Korean specialty snack, crispy mushrooms, and a meal.
