The decor is simple, with spacious seating for a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant specializes in all-you-can-eat Japanese cuisine, and the staff are attentive and polite. Sashimi We chose Hokkaido scallop sashimi, northern surf clam sashimi, ark shell sashimi, herring sashimi, kingfish, yellowtail sashimi, Thai-style tiger prawn, sea urchin and fish roe toro mousse monaka, premium large red shrimp, sweet shrimp sashimi, whelk sashimi, ark shell sashimi, pen shell sashimi, abalone sashimi, and salmon sashimi. For those who love sea urchin and fish roe toro mousse monaka, abalone sashimi, and Thai-style tiger prawn, the sea urchin and fish roe toro mousse is fresh, the abalone is crisp and chewy, and the Thai-style tiger prawn tastes fresh and sweet. Sushi We selected the new caramel milk foie gras sushi, sesame sauce toro mousse large red shrimp sushi, avocado sauce tuna sushi. The caramel milk foie gras sushi is the same as at Sushi Lang. For lovers of sesame sauce toro mousse large red shrimp sushi, the large red shrimp is incredibly fresh and sweet. Seafood We chose the new Typhoon Shelter-style fried crab and curry giant prawns, Sichuan grilled Hiroshima oysters, ginger and scallion stir-fried eel balls, and Shaoxing wine marinated abalone. The restaurant uses fresh shrimp and crab ingredients. The Typhoon Shelter-style fried crab is flavorful, and the Shaoxing wine marinated abalone has a mild wine aroma with a crisp and bouncy texture. Grilled Items We ordered salt-grilled beef tongue, grilled eel with sauce, premium golden pillow durian grill, grilled greenhouse sweet pineapple, and crispy fried wild cat king. The grilled eel is tender and fragrant, and the salt-grilled beef tongue is flavorful. Others Abalone and king crab porridge, black pepper honey bite-sized beef. The bite-sized beef is rich in flavor with a strong black pepper taste. The abalone and king crab porridge is very generous with ingredients; the king crab is fresh and delicious, and the abalone is crisp and chewy. Buffet Area There are cold and hot Japanese sake options.
