Today I went to a high-end Cantonese restaurant in Kwun Tong—Master Cheung's, and I was really happy! 😍 We ordered several amazing dishes and left completely satisfied! First, we tried the steamed minced pork patty with whole crab, the crab meat was fresh and sweet, and the pork patty was silky smooth—truly exceptional! 🦀🍖 Then came the crispy roasted pigeon, with crispy skin and tender meat, the texture was superb, every bite was intoxicating! 🐦🔥 Next was the abalone sauce with fish maw strips tossed with thick noodles, the fish maw strips were chewy, paired with rich abalone sauce, the flavor was absolutely fantastic! 🍜🍲 The autumn mist marinated drunken shrimp was a delightful surprise, the shrimp meat was fresh and sweet, and the marinade was just right, making it a must-try! 🦐🍶 Finally, the dry-fried green beans were fragrant and crispy, fresh and appetizing, truly excellent! 🌱🌶️ Overall, the dining experience at Master Cheung's was very satisfying, with high-quality food, attentive service, and an elegant environment—definitely worth recommending!
