High-quality cafe in a New Territories walled village

Today, we ventured into the northwest and visited a cafe in Sheung Cheung Wai for lunch. Although it sounds remote, it's actually just a three-minute walk from Tin Shui Wai West Rail Station, making it very convenient. The cafe is quite small, with only a few outdoor seating spots. However, you can buy your food and enjoy it slowly at the dessert shop next door, which seems to be run by the same family (?!) We ordered two dishes. The first was a cheddar cheese hash brown shrimp burger. The bun was soft and tender, the hash brown was crispy and hot, and the generous shrimp mixed with wasabi mayo perfectly balanced the warmth of the hash brown, adding a refreshing touch. A special mention goes to the sweet potato fries on the side, which had a strong sweet potato flavor and were best enjoyed hot. The second dish was spaghetti with Italian tomato and plant-based meat sauce. I realized I forgot to take a photo when I started twirling the pasta with my fork, so I tried to restore its original look for a quick snap before eating. The dish used Impossible Meat, which needs no introduction. Its texture and taste are almost indistinguishable from real meat sauce, and paired with the chewy spaghetti, it was delicious. With temperatures reaching 30°C at the end of April, the strawberry soda was a perfect thirst-quencher, and I couldn't resist ordering an iced latte as well. At the entrance of the village, there's a "Forget Worries Mailbox" where you can drop off your troubles. It's said that the person in charge of the Forget Worries Planet will provide answers. I find this kind of ritual quite interesting, especially since the pressures of modern life can be overwhelming for many. A small outlet for release might help some people...
