Lotte Xiaolongbao

After work on Friday night, I went to the newly opened restaurant with my family to enjoy a feast for our taste buds. We arrived before seven o'clock and the store was already crowded. Fortunately, we only had to wait for ten minutes before we were seated. The restaurant's environment is dimly colored with yellow, and the elegant screens and exquisite sauce jars create a palace-like atmosphere. We couldn't wait to order the famous eight-color dumplings to satisfy our hungry stomachs. The Dynasty Xiao Long Bao is arranged like a work of art, brightly colored and eye-catching, with a crystal-clear and bright crust that makes you salivate! There are eight flavors of Xiao Long Bao: foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, ginseng, garlic, cheese and spicy. After satisfying the visual shock, we all rushed to choose our favorite flavor. Although the best order of tasting is from mild to strong, I’ll start with my favorite flavor. The black truffle dumplings are like black pearls, with a thin and tender crust. I took a big bite of them despite the scalding taste, and then slowly sipped the soup. The sweet chicken soup exudes a rich black truffle aroma, and the filling is mixed with shredded mushrooms, which tastes fresh and sweet. #Buffet Recommendations
