Cloud House Noodles with Plenty of Ingredients

Went to Cloud House Noodles again, this time I ordered the fish meat spring roll noodles. The fish meat spring rolls were quite chewy. The small pot noodles allow you to choose the spiciness level, and I chose mild. The minced pork and pickled vegetables inside made the overall taste sour and spicy. The fish meat spring rolls and noodles soaked up all the soup, making it very flavorful! Additionally, I ordered radish, which was super large and the portion was very generous. Chicken and Spirulina Pork Neck Noodles. My friend can't eat spicy food, so they ordered it non-spicy, but the soup base was still flavorful. The toppings were very rich and plentiful. The pork neck was chewy and had a good bite. The bowl was filled with bean sprouts and chives, and there were also pickled vegetables, making it very satisfying and super filling. I also really liked their cold marinated squid head. One portion is definitely enough for two people, and the added garlic made it very tasty.
