Unlimited Steak and Fries

Today, I went to The Flame Bar & Restaurant at Kwun Tong APM. The restaurant has a promotion from Monday to Thursday, offering unlimited steak and fries with free refills. 🔸8oz Australian Premium Angus Steak The steak was cooked to medium doneness, very tender with a nice charred flavor and moderate saltiness. It was served pre-cut into small pieces, making it convenient to eat. 🔸10oz Australian M3 Angus Ribeye The ribeye was generous in portion, very tender, and juicy. The side dishes, cherry tomatoes, and carrots were sweet and delicious. 🔸Fries The fries were crispy. To avoid monotony from just eating steak and fries, I added salad, soup, and dessert for an extra charge. 🔸Caesar Salad For an additional $38, the salad was fresh and crisp, with crunchy bacon bits and croutons, and the cheese sprinkled on top added a savory flavor. 🔸Soup of the Day For an additional $15, the cream of onion soup was served hot, with a slightly salty taste and a smooth texture. 🔸Desserts For an additional $25, the Crème Brûlée was quite a spectacle. The waiter used a torch to create a flame on the paper covering the custard, resulting in a crispy caramel top and a smooth custard. Another dessert option was the Italian Cheesecake, which had a firm texture and a sweet yet slightly salty taste. 🔸Citrus Honey Sparkle It had a sweet taste with enough fizz. 🔸Mount Fuji The drink was topped with a snowy (milk foam) layer, giving it a dreamy appearance.
