The restaurant specially hired Italian chefs and employees 🧑🏽🍳, so that you can enjoy the Italian style as if you are in Italy, plus the luxurious retro theater decoration 🎤, eating here is really unique😎 Weekend with friends came to taste their Bollito Brunch ($498), mainly meat, the portion is quite amazing😂, there are 3 appetizers, 1 main course, meat platter, side dishes, 3 cheese and dessert, from beginning to end ate 3 hours, slowly chatting with friends quite good💬 Italian bread with black vinegar and olive oil was served 🥖, then there were slices of roast beef with tuna mayonnaise (Vitello Tonnato), topped with grains of Sicilian pickles; Russa), with mayonnaise mixed with eggs, carrots, potatoes, mung beans, simple and delicious😌 For the main course, you can choose Plin In Brodo or Cheese Wheel Al Tartufo (+$68) pasta, served with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black truffle slices, the combination of cheese and black truffle is unbeatable🤤 After eating, I felt a bit full, but fortunately the serving was not too fast, because next came the main character - the beef platter (Bollito Platter) companion dishes, which include 6 meats, including beef brisket, front loin, beef tongue, yellow chicken, smoked pork sausage and triangular tip beef.
