This time I went to this hot pot restaurant in Causeway Bay. The restaurant has a unique decoration. Some seats are hung with Turkish 🇹🇷 mosaic lamps and Turkish folk cloth. The hot pot 🍲 soup base is special. We chose the coconut milk chicken soup pot. The soup base with food-grade dry ice was full of smoke when it was served, and the visual effect was first-class. The soup base is so sweet because of coconut 🥥 and corn 🌽. But at the same time, you can taste the chicken soup that has been boiled for a long time. The most important thing is that when adding soup, chicken soup is added instead of water, so the soup base always maintains a rich chicken flavor. The applewood smoked beef neck is bright red.
