【Tsim Sha Tsui】A-Bu: The tradition and innovation of Cantonese side dishes and dim sum

One of the main dishes, Magnolia Stir-fried Beef Neck Spine, is made with fresh beef as the main ingredient. It exudes a very rich beef aroma and the seasoning is just right. The chicken in the Three Cup Corn Chicken is tender and juicy, and the perfect blend of seasoning brings out a charming sweet and salty aroma. The perfect combination of shredded chicken and chewy and delicious rice noodles in the Shredded Chicken Vermicelli is a real treat for our taste buds. For dim sum, we ordered barbecued pork puff pastry and carrot cake. The barbecued pork cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the salty flavor of the barbecued pork forming a wonderful contrast with the crispy outer skin; while the radish cake is soft and delicious, with the fragrance and slight sweetness of the radish being unforgettable.
