Sukiyaki is a must-eat for birthday celebrations

Sukiyaki Meat House offers three set dinner menus, including: $398 Special Satsuma Beef Sukiyaki, $498 Special Satsuma Beef Sukiyaki and $ Supreme Satsuma Beef Sukiyaki. We chose the Special and Premium Sukiyaki set meals that day. The difference between the two is that the former has less Satsuma beef fat, suitable for diners who like the taste of meat; while the latter has more fat and melts in the mouth. Both sets come with appetizers, which are also excellent, and the lobster salad is well seasoned. Sirloin ribeye is served as an appetizer before the main course, allowing guests to enjoy the tender and fatty taste of Wagyu beef. Although the price is affordable, each piece of Satsuma beef is the same size as a bowl or plate; and the egg yolk is made from Japan's top-quality Ranwang, making the meat more tender and smooth. The sukiyaki sauce is specially prepared by the store owner. The owner uses high-quality Japanese "superior white sugar", which is not too sweet or throat-drying, and is particularly suitable for cooking wagyu beef. Overall, the service at Nikuya and the quality of the Satsuma beef are worth the price, breaking the notion that sukiyaki has to be expensive to be high quality.
