I went to Popinjays for dinner recently, the environment was very atmospheric, just as they launched a new menu, paired with fine wine is super good 🫶🏻 First comes the hearty Japanese oysters Japanese Oyster & Caviar, garnished with caviar for more salty and fresh. Then came the caviar angel noodles Caviar Angel Hair frozen angel noodles are the first time, the noodles covered with sauce and raw red shrimp flakes, freshness full. Hokkaido scallop truffle cauliflower puree is also very fresh and thick 👍🏻 The signature lobster spaghetti Lobster Spaghetti is a must-order, a whole Boston lobster portion, just right to share with a group of friends, and it was paired with Italian Bagna Cauda hot dipping sauce, the overall very creamy and seafood goes well💕 Rossini Wagyu Beef "Rossini Style" is my favorite, a dish with melt-in-your-mouth goose liver, tender wagyu fillet and smooth and fragrant beef liver mushroom mashed potatoes, 3 ingredients perfectly matched ah 💯 Dessert is everywhere ~ try the off menu Sgroppino to clear the taste buds, Sorbet + Gelato + champagne + Vodka + Limoncello is very refreshing and slightly tipsy ☺️ Finally, we ended with Popinjays’ Tiramisu dessert. The coffee bean-looking Tiramisu was very unique. The most surprising thing was the espresso ice cream next to it. It was super rich!
