Hong Kong Food 🍀 Central Young People's Favorite Skewer Shop

This is the first time I have come since the barbecue hall moved to a new shop. The new branch moves closer to the heart of Central Soho, with more spacious restaurant space and authentic Japanese izakaya decor. There are still many kinds of food. Not only does it offer traditional Japanese grilled birds, it also blends Thai, Sichuan, Western and Korean flavors. I recommend you try the barbecue class to create your own skewers, such as salt-grilled whole chicken skin and chicken skin cuttlefish smooth skewers. The salt-grilled whole chicken skin is uniquely shaped like a kite, with a thin and crispy texture that is completely different from other grilled bird shops. The cuttlefish is smooth and bouncy, stuffed into the chicken skin unexpectedly. The skewers are grilled to perfection and use high quality and fresh ingredients. All skewers are charcoal grilled, adding a natural charcoal flavor. Each one is delicious, I really can't choose which one is the best🫶 I especially like the caramel green apple goose liver toast, lantern, minced chicken ham and minced chicken sticks with moonshine. It was all grilled just right and the seasoning to sauce ratio was just right. I highly recommend this skewer shop. The restaurant was full at 6pm, mostly young people.
