Probably the number one weekend brunch in Central! When I came here last year, the price was still HK$888, which included appetizer, main course and dessert, but now you can freely decide to add a main course and the price has dropped to HK$688 for more flexibility. This time we decided to share a main course, so we can eat more seafood🫶 Once you enter the restaurant, both adults and children will be attracted by the chocolate fountain in the dessert area. There are plenty of seafood options, including fresh breaded crabs, long-legged crab legs and a variety of shellfish. My personal favorite is of course the lobster 🫶 Unlike other buffets, there is no need to worry about fighting here, the staff will replenish frequently + quickly, and the oysters are the same 🫶 In addition to seafood, there are also a variety of cold plates, salads, grilled vegetables and cheese to choose from. As for the main course, we decided to share the roast suckling pig for an additional HK$138. The pork skin is crispy and crumbly, like a wafer, and the meat underneath is juicy. For dessert, I tried all the small desserts in the dessert department, and my favorite was of course the ice cream. As seafood brunch is only available on weekends, advance reservations are recommended to secure a seat.
