I miss Japanese food, especially barbecue! I found this restaurant - Volkswagen Barbecue Restaurant, the decoration style is rich in Japanese flavor, there is a sense of being in a Japanese barbecue restaurant! Unlike other chain restaurants, the restaurant looks relatively understated. Last week I came with my brother to try one of the low-key masters in Shau Kei Wan🫶 I ordered a lot of food, everything wanted to eat and accidentally ordered too much🫶 All Wagyu beef is very high quality, even rare parts such as Sabah and Chibonjin can be ordered. And my favorite is the Sabah Dang, tender, rich in oil and rich in meat. The salt and onion grilled wagyu beef is also a must-try. This is a pre-seat dish, where the clerk grills it with a torch and rolls in spring onions. Another dish not to be missed is the ground wagyu beef sandwich, which is different from traditional flavors with ground wagyu beef replacing the steak. The bread is toasted to a golden brown crispy and delicious, the ground wagyu is unexpectedly tender and juicy, and the addition of black truffle mayonnaise makes the flavor stand out. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and the tables are wide and large enough and well airy. The staff was attentive and very attentive to explaining the food parts and how to grill them.
