Scallion oil chicken chop with the last morsel removed @ Mild spicy food stall

The founder of Macau's popular YouTube channel Micro Spicy chose to open a restaurant called Micro Spicy Tai Pai Dang in New Town Plaza, Shatin. Looking at the decoration inside, it seems that the cost is not bad. The whole restaurant is divided into four areas, including the old-style ice cream parlor, the Hong Kong and Macau ferry seat, the mahjong parlor and the MTR carriage. Each area has exquisite photo spots, and from time to time you can see the figures and golden phrases of slightly spicy artists. This day I came to eat during afternoon tea time, I thought this should be a popular queue shop, but there were not many people. I chose the onion and oil chicken steak and stir-fried the mae. I was shocked when it was served. It was a big bowl with two large pieces of chicken steak and two sunny-side up eggs. Interestingly put some salad vegetables next to it. Overall, it's actually quite good, but its onion oil is not the kind we usually eat Hong Kong style, I'm not sure if it's Macau flavor, because it tastes ginger and onion, but it's different from the usual Hong Kong style grilled white cut chicken with those ginger and onion. The chicken steak itself doesn't have any marinated taste, so that kind of frozen everything is quite out. Worth mentioning is his cup of hot milk tea.
