Classic Teppanyaki Steakhouse

Classic Teppanyaki Steakhouse Restaurant I was working in To Kwa Wan with my partner. We had a good meal at this restaurant before and came back to eat there again. We wanted to order T-bone and beef tenderloin, but the T-bone was sold out. We finally ordered left-beef tenderloin and mixed steak. The teppanyaki meal includes buns, red/white soup, tea/special drink, and dessert, which is very Hong Kong style. (1) Beef tenderloin ($145) (2) Mixed steak ($125) The red/white soup is borscht and potato cream soup, served with a butter bun, reminiscent of the taste of a nostalgic teahouse in high school. The borscht is better than the cream soup. The teppanyaki meal arrives hot and sizzling, the beef tenderloin is still tender and cooked to the perfect degree, the mixed steaks are large portions (pork chops, beef chops, chicken, sausages and bacon), the fries are crispy, and are topped with garlic sauce/black pepper sauce/ketchup, which is the taste of childhood. For tea, we ordered red bean ice with coconut milk (not too sweet and with lots of red beans), hot chocolate, and free iced drinks. For dessert (snow rice cake/jelly), we chose jelly with flower milk. After eating, we went home with a full belly. To sum up, this Hong Kong-style steakhouse has a 70s and 80s feel to it, with an indoor atmosphere, tableware placement, and table and chair designs.
