Michelin recommended restaurant new dishes Baiyi Restaurant

A Hong Kong drifter friend introduced me to this Michelin-recommended restaurant's new dishes, Saturday 6pm came for breakfast, ordered :- (1) Hand Claw Lamb ($238) The first taste was the steamed lamb rack, which was very soft and tasted the freshness of the lamb itself. There was no mutton smell when eaten hot, and the meat was very tender. Serve with cumin spices, slightly spicy that's a different flavor. (2) Grilled leg of lamb ($368) Grilled lamb legs have to be ordered in advance when booking the table. The lamb skin is grilled to a little crispy, and it tastes almost the same as claw lamb. It doesn't taste like mutton when eaten hot. It's just as good with cumin powder. (3) Large plate of chicken ($280) Because a friend has not eaten, so ordered a plate of chicken as PLAN b, this large plate of chicken is very large, a little like chicken pot, and with a plate of potato flour, but compared to others, this plate of chicken is not much fine, chicken and old and shoes, finally eat half, next time can not wash again order.
