Restaurant: Golden Valley Address: 1/F, The Emperor Hotel, 373 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai Delicious Chinese dishes yumm with lovely almond soup haa Delicate dinning room with cute light bulb having comfortable seat here, with some old cantonese songs haa, the room is relatively quiet comparing with other cha liu, i guess because the room is not too big, only having less than ten tables, so better make a reservation if wanna go and get a good seat haa Double Boiled Pig’s lung soup with ground almond is soso good, i usually don’t drink pig’s lung soup but this one really changed my mind, the almond flavor is so strong and cover the strange flavor pig lung, and it’s sweet and moisturizing and i simple like this soup so much, chicken feet is so soft even not having really strong chicken taste haa, cause after long time of cooking, the taste super good yayayaa, must have item here Sweet and Sour Pork is yummy too, having really crispy and good texture and the sweet and sour taste is just righttt, good pork, the mixed vegetables aren’t bad haa Spicy Soup Noodles is less spicy as i expected haa, still can have a bite of try, even not my favorite one Chinese Steamed Egg with shrimps and scallops in bitter melon even not having strong seasoning, but it’s a bit healthy and i quite like the shrimps and scallops, they are fresh and delicious haa The food quality is quite good here and having relaxing environment for a chinese restaurant, such a good choice to dine here yaya haaa Taste 5 Envir 4 Service 5 Hygiene 4 Value 3 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #guangdong #sichuan
