🥤 Cô Ba Cafe - Đồng Khởi 🥤 Address: No. 4-6, Dong Khoi Street, Dist. 1 The cafe shop is on 2nd floor, accessible by a short alley and rickety woody stairs, and capturing the attention with the Old Saigon artwork on the wall. It offers an air-conditioned interior as well as an external leafy corner balcony with a lovely day and night view. They offer various selection of beverages, meals and typical Vietnamese food on the menu. However, I think the beverage was just so so.
