Saigon, between her river and skyscrapers...

Ho Chi Minh City's grand Saigon River is a river located in southern Vietnam that rises near Phum Daung in southeastern Cambodia, flows south and south-southeast for about 225 kilometres and empties into the Soai Rap, which in its turn empties into the South China Sea some 20 kilometres northeast of the Mekong Delta. Landmark 81 is the tallest building in Vietnam, the second tallest building in Southeast Asia, and the 18th tallest building in the world. Meanwhile Bitexco Financial Tower with 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building has a height of 262.5 metres, making it the second tallest building in the city, fourth tallest in Vietnam, and the 412th tallest in the world. Between the grand river and skyscrapers, it's indeed an odd but unique mixture.
