[Tokyo/Higashimurayama] Enjoy a day trip at a stylish cafe in Higashimurayama

Tokyo 𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Higashimurayama Wakoku Shoten A cafe designed and supervised by Kengo Kuma that opened in January this year It was originally located in a shopping district, and was renovated from a tobacco shop that was over 50 years old It is run by a group of architectural sheet metal craftsmen, and the striking exterior, which looks like a fish scale, is made of about 700 green and blue copper plates 🫢 In fact, these copper plates were made by reusing copper plates from a shrine in Hiroshima, and come in three different shapes.
