Homemade Ice Cream Shop with a Variety of Flavors

'T Bolleke is a popular ice cream shop in Heusden-Zolder. On hot days, the place is always packed with customers. The ice cream here is homemade, and we tried four flavors: ➡️ Yogurt Ice Cream - The texture is soft, smooth, and creamy, without melting too quickly. It pairs perfectly with the sweet and tangy yogurt flavor. ➡️ Watermelon Flavor - This one is sweet, refreshing, and has a pleasant watermelon aroma. ➡️ Smurfs Flavor - Named after the famous Belgian cartoon characters, the ice cream is blue in color. The taste resembles fruity bubblegum, a favorite among kids. ➡️ Coconut Flavor - Like the other flavors, this one is very creamy. Compared to Thai coconut ice cream, it’s much creamier. The shop blends shredded mature coconut into the ice cream, rather than using just coconut milk like in Thai versions. Another highlight is the crispy waffle sheet that comes with the ice cream. It’s freshly made, fragrant, and pairs perfectly with the ice cream.
