A century-old cafe in Heidelberg

#GetDiscountWithoutLuck Cafe Gundel is an old cafe and bakery in Heidelberg that has been open since around 1896. Currently, the 4th generation heir is the successor to the business. The shop is located near Karlsplatz Square. The shop front looks small, but when you walk in, you will see a large hall inside. It looks spacious and comfortable. This time, we stopped by early in the morning. The desserts were not all available, but there were breakfast and savory bakery items available. ➡️ Breakfast Set There are many breakfast sets to choose from. We chose the set with cheese and cold cuts served on a large plate, along with a very large basket of bread. The set also included coffee. Overall, the taste was good and the quality was okay. ➡️ Quiche We ordered another quiche to try. The taste was average. The ingredients were full of ham and vegetables. #TravelEurope #TravelGermany
