It is 38 meters high and divided into 5 upper and lower floors. It is a mass and open public cultural tourism place built with the Lutai ruins and "The Romance of the Gods" as its cultural origins. The Lutai Ruins, Lutai Pavilion, Dragon King Temple, and Chaoge Cultural Park in Hebi, Henan Province are planned to cover an area of ​​380 acres, with a total investment of 330 million yuan. Among them, the main building of the cultural park, Lutai Museum, has an investment of 120 million yuan and a construction area of ​​about 20,000 square meters. It is a mass and open public cultural tourism venue built with the Lutai Ruins and "The Romance of the Gods" as its cultural origins, with functions such as sightseeing, entertainment, and leisure.
