Arkhangel Russian Restaurant (Central Street Branch) is located at No. 45, Duan Street, Daoli District. Business hours: 11:00–22:00. The restaurant has an elegant and comfortable environment, and the staff are warm and attentive. The dishes are served shortly after you sit down. Moscow borscht and Russian mixed soup: Both soups are sweet and sour, the borscht is refreshing, and the mixed soup has a stronger milky flavor. Sirloin steak: The steak seems to be free of tenderizer, with a rich fat aroma and a chewy texture. Potato salad: Soft and glutinous, refreshing and delicious. Shrimp in a jar: The ratio of shrimp to side dishes is just right, with plenty of ingredients and a rich flavor. Meat pie with cream sauce: The tender meat pie is wrapped in rich cream sauce, with a strong milky aroma. Highly recommended. Matcha mousse: A refreshing matcha flavor, not too sweet. Homemade kvass: A taste between traditional kvass and draft beer, refreshing and delicious... These dishes are all pretty good, and my friends and I all agree.
