You can choose wonton with the soy sauce and miso, and only the soy sauce has homemade hand-kneaded noodles. The soy sauce has a strong flavor and you can really taste the dried sardine flavor. The miso has a rich flavor, and although it looks like there are no ingredients, it does contain chopped char siu. The gyoza🥟 are juicy with plenty of filling. The crispy outside is just right.
