As the name of the shop suggests, the main dish here is tsukemen. And the triple soup is made of pork bones, chicken, and seafood. This is delicious and tasty! I simply ordered the "tsukemen" with both the noodles and soup hot, so it stayed warm and was great. The richness of the seafood and the aroma of the bonito flakes were great and it was delicious. The other dish is the "tsukemen pork sardine" which is a monthly limited menu item. They also seem to be particular about the noodles, and the custom-made noodles have a "rich wheat aroma and a strong, elastic texture." It felt like fettuccine pasta. It's packed with vegetables! It looks like a huge amount. You can add extra vegetables for free. There's 400g of them. The soup had a milder flavor than the richness of the tsukemen. There was fried green onions on the side, so I tried them! It added texture and was a nice touch.
