Hangzhou - Grandma's Longjing Shrimp Value-for-money side dishes

"Waipiaojia" in Hangzhou is a chain store. You can just search for whichever one you want to go to on Gaode Map. I took a night cruise near Qiantang River. When I got out of the gate, I saw a shopping mall called [Binjiang Paradise Walk]. I searched for Longjing Shrimp and found that Waipojia had it. I didn't want to try this one, but it was around 5-6 pm and not many people there. I hadn't eaten all day, so I decided to give it a try. If you compare other side dishes, Grandma's is just so-so. 🦐The Longjing shrimps are very smooth, but they are actually all starch starch. The dishes in other restaurants are more exquisitely presented and served with tea. I don’t taste the Longjing flavor in this restaurant. After finishing the book, I wanted to eat the $13X squirrel fish, but ended up ordering the 🐟West Lake Crispy Fish instead. It was quite leaky and salty when I ate a few more pieces.
