Ferme Catherine is a farm in Oguni-machi, Kumamoto, that grows sweet potatoes and potatoes without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Ferme Catherine operates a food truck called the Catherine-go. They have a stall at the Hakata Farmers' Market in front of JR Hakata Station, where I found their Ikinari Yakimo Ten (390 yen).
