The chashu melted in my mouth, and the half-boiled egg was a must-have! I was 100% satisfied, to the point where I ate every drop of soup. A place where you don’t feel lonely even when eating alone, and the taste is even more focused because you’re alone. My first ramen in Fukuoka was perfect.
