Cheonhwangsan Peak, Legs on Fire

#summervacay Made it to the top of Cheonhwangsan and let me just say, it was a climb and a vibe. This mountain doesn’t play around. The hike is steady uphill with rocky paths and a few spots that really test your quads. But the views? Unreal. Like, "am I in a painting?" level stunning. As you get higher, the trees thin out and endless ridges, sky for days, and wind that makes you feel alive (and a little cold if you forgot your jacket like me 😅). The summit has this awesome wide-open space with big boulders you can sit on and just take it all in. Perfect snack spot, if you ask me. Ran into a few hikers who cheered me on near the top, love that mountain energy. Everyone’s tired, but everyone’s happy. Cheonhwangsan isn’t easy, but it’s totally worth the effort. Go for the burn, stay for the views, and maybe bring more water than I did.
