Gyeongju Bulguksa Temple｜World Heritage on the mountainside⏳

Bulguksa Temple, a world heritage site located on Tohamsan Mountain in Gyeongju, is one of the must-see attractions for tourists visiting Gyeongju. It is about a 40-50 minute bus ride from the city center. There are many buses available, such as 10, 11, 12, and 700. There will be many tourists going to the city. You can basically not go wrong if you follow the bus after getting on it. Most people will get off at Bulguksa Station~🚌 After getting off the bus, you need to walk uphill to reach the entrance of Bulguksa Temple. On the way, you will pass a large forest with maple leaves in full bloom in autumn🍁 I went there on the first day of the Lunar New Year and saw many Koreans coming to worship. The lively atmosphere added a lot of fun to visiting Bulguksa Temple. When you enter the park, you can see the frozen lake in winter, the Qingyun Bridge and Baiyun Bridge with gurgling water, and the souvenir sales counter. The Duobao Pagoda and the three-story stone pagoda can also be easily seen. In addition, the land of Korean temples is mostly sandy, and the wind and sand are strong in winter. People who are sensitive should remember to prepare more masks~😷 If you still have energy after touring the park, you can walk up the mountain ridge for about 3 kilometers to visit the famous Seokguram Grotto. The weather was -12 degrees Celsius when I visited Gyeongju. It was too cold. My knees were frozen and I couldn’t walk for too long.
