Gwangju Yangsan-dong's famous restaurant, Gosamhoegwan, has a very clean interior, and There are tables in the hall and room style. It's spacious enough for group dinners or meetings‼️ The main menu is Ssamppak LA galbi, addictive gochujang samgyeopsal, and galbi in soy sauce. I ordered spicy and sweet addictive gochujang samgyeopsal + stone plate bibimbap + mul naengmyeon + fried egg. First, they gave me sour omija tea as a welcome tea, and the side dishes were all fresh and really neat, and seasoned crab was served as a side dish, and a whole pollack soup was served!! The side dishes were really plentiful and delicious. 🤗 There was also a self-bar where you could get additional vegetables and side dishes, and they were stocked in the refrigerator, so the vegetables were really fresh. The gochujang samgyeopsal was grilled on a charcoal grill. The charcoal-grilled, slightly seasoned sauce was really tasty and savory. It's addictive, so you can't stop eating, and the meat is really soft. And it was also delicious to put gochujang samgyeopsal on top of the sushi and add wasabi. The stone plate bibimbap is made with 5 kinds of vegetables and a secret seasoning sauce on a stone plate, and the savory scent of sesame oil makes it delicious. The noodles of the mul naengmyeon are chewy, and the soup is refreshing and delicious. The fried egg was also well-cooked and savory!
