Built during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, it is the only well-preserved celebrity residence in Guanyang County. Inside, there are historical materials about the Tang brothers, "one family, three jinshi, three brothers in the Hanlin Academy." The steps are quite high, and there is an ancient well (Zhuangyuan Well) beside it. There are many photo spots here. Opera Stage: Next to Tang Jingsong's Former Residence, it was the place where Tang Jingsong (also the founder of Gui Opera) and his family used to watch Gui Opera. Now, Gui Opera is performed here every year on February 7th. Using the entire stage as a background, performing a few opera moves on the stage, it also has a great atmosphere for photos. Hanlin Old Street: Also the street name where Tang Jingsong's Former Residence is located, formerly known as "Jiangkou Ancient Market." An ancient street that started in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and flourished in the Republic of China, about 1 kilometer long. In those days, shops lined the street, goods were abundant, and trade was frequent. Now there is no commerce, but the street is very clean, the bluestone road is winding and charming, and there are few people, making it a great spot for photos. Longmen Ancient Bridge: A single-arch stone bridge built in the Yuan Dynasty, located at the confluence of Guanyang River and Anleyuan River. It is said that during the flood season, the waters of the two rivers surge, and the fish in Anleyuan River leap into Guanyang River, forming the rare sight of "fish leaping over the dragon gate," hence the name. The ancient bridge is not long, but there are many photo spots. It is recommended to include the green trees and reflections by the bridge, as well as the ancient buildings on the opposite side, in the frame for a picturesque scene. Half Street: Opposite Longmen Ancient Bridge, named because only one side of the street has houses. After crossing the bridge, it is recommended to take photos of the old houses and the ancient tree at the corner. Zhuangyuan Bridge: Built in 1890 by Tang Jingsong, the locals named it "Zhuangyuan Bridge." The bridge was destroyed by floods and was rebuilt in 2015 as a single-arch granite stone bridge, over 20 meters long. In the ancient village, only near Longmen Ancient Bridge are there drinks and snacks for sale. For meals, you can go to Xinjie Town. It is recommended to have a bowl of Guilin rice noodles in town and buy some Guanyang pears (3 yuan per jin) to taste. There are no homestays in Jiangkou Ancient Village. It is recommended to stay in Guanyang County, about 12 kilometers away. It is still very sunny in midsummer, so pay attention to sun protection. About 20 kilometers away is the Qianjiadong Tourist Scenic Area, which you can visit if you have time.
