Budget-Friendly 2-Day 1-Night Trip to Guangzhou

We traveled to Guangzhou by train from Zhuhai Station to Guangzhou South Station, booking tickets via Trip. The ticket price was around 300 THB per person (if booked in advance, you might get lucky and secure a seat). The journey took about 1 hour. Upon arrival at Guangzhou Station, we called a Didi to take us to the hotel, which took about 40 minutes. This time, we stayed at JI Hotel, located in the Beijing Lu area, about 500 meters from the popular landmark where people love to stroll. After checking in, we called a car to Canton Tower. It was very crowded there, and the tower features restaurants and thrilling activities for adventurers, though we decided to skip those. 😂 After returning from the tower in the evening, we strolled along Beijing Lu pedestrian street, looking for food and stopping by Dafo Temple, which is conveniently located on the pedestrian street and easy to spot. After paying respects at the temple, we continued exploring food spots based on reviews. Overall, this trip was fun and worthwhile, but if you're planning to visit during this month, we recommend bringing an umbrella and a portable fan because it's very hot.
