The experience far exceeded my expectations

Before checking in, I was worried that my expectations were too high and I might be disappointed, but the actual experience after checking in far exceeded my expectations, to the point where I was wowed. 1. Low-key. The entrance is somewhat hidden, blocked by a pedestrian bridge, and the eaves and pillars are covered with greenery, making the hotel's logo invisible when looking up. 2. Luxurious. The lobby has a dark color scheme, with two bunches of orange golden bell flowers hanging down from the ceiling like a waterfall, full of artistic sense. No need to queue for check-in, the room card is made of wood, special and textured. The whole hotel has very few people, quiet and comfortable. The room is in Chinese style, with marble and solid wood, giving a sense of heaviness and luxury. 3. Clean. The glasses in the room showed no water stains or fingerprints under the light, and there was no dust in places reachable by hand. Took the child swimming, and found the soles of the hotel slippers were still very clean when we returned. 4. Details. The bathroom fixtures are from Duravit, the hairdryer is Dyson, and the tea bags are from Twinings. 5. Temperature. There were sweet soups, fruits, and cakes delivered to the room. 6. Surprise. Got a free room upgrade. A middle-aged man who hasn't celebrated his birthday for years, and it happened to be my birthday the second day of our stay. The hotel arranged for red wine to be delivered to the room and also gave a cute camel plush toy to my child, who was very happy. In summary: The decoration style of a hotel is a matter of personal preference, but service is the core competitiveness of a hotel. Thanks to Vivian for her thoughtful and meticulous service, just right, not intrusive or overdone. PS: I took the hotel slippers home, they are really comfortable~ Looking forward to the next hotel that can compete with Jumeirah for the top spot in my heart!
